Klausdorf lido
A 63-metre slide, the floating island “Paula” and rowing boats — summer’s meeting point on the lake.
Things to do
There is plenty nearby, and something for everyone — from mini golf to a genuinely good lido.
The best part: almost all of it is reachable by bike. Most of our guests leave the car parked all week.

Just around the corner
The lido sits directly on Lake Mellensee and is the centre of summer in Klausdorf. The 63-metre water slide and the floating island called “Paula” are a hit with children, and there is a playground for the youngest.
For the more sporting there is a beach volleyball court. Rowing boats can be hired — and with a valid permit you may fish on the lake.
Food and drink come courtesy of a snack bar, soup from the field kitchen, cold drinks and ice cream.
Seasonal opening
Opening hours and admission prices change with the season — please check before visiting.

And besides
Six things our guests like doing most. Each one opens the matching places further down.
Besides Klausdorf, the lidos at Mellensee and Sperenberg also lie within the municipality, and Kallinchen is a lovely natural bathing spot. Three or four lidos within cycling distance.
The Fläming is flat and well signposted. There are half-day loops around Lake Mellensee; for more, add Zossen, Wünsdorf or the Baruth glacial valley.
Pine forest, lakes and old avenues. The Boden-Geo-Pfad near Sperenberg leads through the former gypsum quarries and is the most unusual landscape in the area.
The pine forests of Brandenburg are mushroom country. From late summer onwards it is worth bringing a basket — bay boletes and ceps grow here reliably.
Lake Mellensee is a state waterway connected to the Notte canal. Kayaking, canoeing and sailing are all possible.
The classic for the afternoon when the children have had enough of swimming and it is too late for an excursion.
